Jersild Knitting Mill Renovation
Jersild Knitting Mill Renovation
333 N. Commercial Street, Neenah WI
Constructed in phases between 1900 and 1918, the Jersild Knitting Mill operated at this location until 1945. Between 1945 and 1999 the building was used as an office for James River Corporation and Wisconsin Tissue Mills. The 2001 renovation required interior demolition and restoration of the façade, and reopening over 40 original windows. The $3 million project was supported by a City of Neenah TIF investment and is currently occupied by nine businesses.
