Originally constructed in 1900, this two-story retail/residential building housed a grocery store and butcher shop. The $700,000 renovation of the 5,000 square-foot building included restoration of the façade and the complete renovation of the interior space for commercial use. The Project required the assembly of two adjacent properties and the remediation of contaminated soil. City of Neenah TIF investment assisted with relocating existing businesses and creating off-street public parking. The building now contains first floor commmercial businesses and two residential apartments upstairs.
